====== SPEAR3 ======

[[https://www-ssrl.slac.stanford.edu/content/spear3/spear3-accelerator|SPEAR3]] is a third-generation synchrotron light source at SLAC.

SPEAR3 uses three [[http://dimtel.com/products/iGp12|iGp12-372F]] for transverse feedback and vertical instability interlock. Vertical instability interlock is required for protecting in-vacuum undulators when the gaps are closed.

In the winter-spring of 2021, a successful demonstration of [[http://dimtel.com/products/llrf9|LLRF9/476]] was performed in SPEAR3 RF system, demonstrating RF station operation without and with beam.
