1. This Privacy Policy covers personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected or stored by Dimtel, Inc. (“Dimtel”) on its servers in relation to the activities that take place on this website.
2. Contributors of comments posted on this website are identified on this website as such.
3. Dimtel believes that maintaining and preserving the privacy of user data is important. Nevertheless, Dimtel cannot guarantee that PII will remain private. Dimtel acknowledges that, in spite of its committed efforts to protect PII, individuals may still develop data-mining and other methods to uncover such information and disclose it. 6. Dimtel believes that maintaining and preserving the privacy of PII is important. Nevertheless, Dimtel cannot guarantee that PII will remain private. Individuals may still develop data-mining and other methods to uncover such information, make use of it, and/or disclose it. For this reason, Dimtel can make no guarantee against unauthorized access to PII. Dimtel will not be liable to You or to any third-party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether Dimtel was advised of the possibility of such damage. In the case that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to You, although Dimtel’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. If You seek to file a legal claim against Dimtel, You agree to file and resolve it exclusively in a state or federal court located in Santa Clara County, California. You also agree that the laws of the State of California will govern this Privacy Policy, as well as any legal claim that might arise between You and Dimtel (without reference to conflict of laws principles). You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, in any legal action or proceeding relating to Dimtel or this Privacy Policy.
