  - These Terms of Use are between Dimtel, Inc. (“We” or “Dimtel”) and you (“You” or the “User”).  Before You make any use of this website, please read the following Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”).  Any use You make of this website will constitute Your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

In no event shall Dimtel’s liability exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50.00) in aggregate.   - If You seek to file a legal claim against Dimtel, You agree to file and resolve it exclusively in a state or federal court located in Santa Clara County, California. You also agree that the laws of the State of California will govern these Terms of Use, as well as any legal claim that might arise between You and Dimtel (without reference to conflict of laws principles). You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, in any legal action or proceeding relating to Dimtel or these Terms of Use.
  - Because it may be necessary to modify these Terms of Use from time to time, Dimtel will provide notice of such modifications on this website. If You do not agree with Dimtel’s Terms of Use, You are prohibited from using our services.
